Title/Topic: This keynote examines a hidden epidemic in our judicial system: What happens when prosecutors fail to turn over evidence they're required to disclose? Drawing on national data, Iris Eytan surveys the scope of the problem, the patterns that emerge across cases, and the accountability gaps that allow it to persist. Central to this discussion is the critical role investigators play in uncovering misconduct that would otherwise go undetected. The session closes with reform efforts today.

Bio: Iris Eytan is the CEO and founder of Protect Ethical Prosecutors (PEP), a nonprofit working to end prosecutorial misconduct and reform the criminal legal system. A criminal defense attorney for nearly 30 years, Iris represented thousands of defendants and obtained numerous acquittals in high-profile murder trials. Her work on People v. Barry Morphew exposed egregious misconduct, leading to dismissed charges, the elected DA's disbarment, and public censure of two additional prosecutors.

Title/Topic: The Value of Leaked Records in Your Investigation

Nowadays, it’s critical to not only adopt OSINT as a staple in your investigative toolset but you must also master an aggressive OSINT methodology, regardless of your business’ scope. Whether engaging domestic cases, corporate cases, insurance claims, missing persons, asset locates, due diligence matters, threat management incidents or any other case type, your clients charge you with rolling out the latest tools and methodologies to ensure the best possible outcome. Lying beyond the realms of social media and comp report databases is the valuable world of leaked records. These days, it seems only a matter of time until every database is leaked, either internally or hacked externally. The ongoing global distribution of leaked records has significantly expanded the pathways leading to subjects. While this is great news for PIs, these additional pathways only surface for those investigators utilizing leaked records. A great benefit of incorporating leaked records into your arsenal is the fact that many leaked records contain true PII – not aliases on a social media account that lead nowhere. Learn how you can unveil more opportunities to identify or locate your subject when you utilize leaked records.

Welcome Reception Entertainment - Levi Orr

Born and raised in Mills River, North Carolina, Levi fell in love with country music at 14 and set his sights on Nashville early. After graduating from Clemson University in 2018, he moved to Music City and formed his band, The Usual Suspects—a band built on real storytelling, grit, and high-energy shows.

Influenced by Eric Church, Merle Haggard, and Johnny Cash, Levi delivers country music that’s raw, honest, and loud when it needs to be. The band’s first four singles—“Too Lost To Be Found,” “Trouble With You,” “Bigger Fish,” and “Billy Badass”—have earned over 1,000,000 streams worldwide, connecting with listeners far beyond Nashville.

As Levi puts it: “I want to write and record music that tells stories about real life with a sound that punches you in the gut. No funny business—just real music for real people.” His debut music video for “Too Lost To Be Found” premiered in late 2022 on CMT.com and YouTube.
