These loyal members realize the need to stick together and pool
our resources to hire professional help in Washington, D.C.
Special thanks to Steve Kirby and his team of hosts for putting
on what was probably the best NCISS Conference ever. The
generosity of sponsors for that Chicago Conference has resulted
in extra monies to help fund our mission. In spite of a down
economy, NCISS continues to advocate reason among the Capitol
